I cannot recommend Your Body Haven enough! Mayra makes the experience extremely comfortable and inviting. The session begins with a gentle lymphatic massage, which has immensely helped initiate movement in my bladder and intestines. After that, she uses the body sculpting machine.

At first I was a bit nervous, but Mayra explained that I would hear a slight ringing in my ears and she plays soothing music to alleviate and distract me. Finally, we get to my favorite part - the skin tightened. The machine gets nice and warm and has nobbles on it which feel really nice. The entire experience feels like a gentle massage but has so many great benefits! Mayra is also great about encouraging me to stay hydrated between sessions. Great for anyone wanting to kickstart their fitness journey, or someone already in a good fitness routine with a bit of stubborn fat. After two sessions, I’ve lost 2 inches around my waist and I don’t plan on stopping!

Mayra is absolutely so easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and makes you feel very comfortable.
